I am a descendant of this land, of these faces, of these lives.
I am part of a lineage that crossed valleys and oceans, languages and cultures, to meet there: in the exact place where I would exist.
I am all that I am, in essence, because they crossed the boundaries of time and space.
And so I am: recognizing in these faces my history and my memory.

A side of me is completed and found.
